Sophie previously worked as a communications specialist for the South West Healthy Livestock Knowledge Exchange project and has recently returned to the Rural Business School as a Research Assistant for the Agri-tech Cornwall project.

She is currently working alongside the Farm Business Survey to look at the cost benefit implications of the Agri-tech projects managed by the Rural Business School.

Sophie has a joint honours degree in Biological Science and Geography (Swansea University) and an MSc in Biodiversity (University of Plymouth). She is also experienced in digital marketing and has recently obtained the CIM Certificate in Professional Marketing.
